A Sweet Memory by Michele Chivers:

I loved my sweeties as a child and still do! My older brother was a bit of a tease and he knew that I really disliked Polo mints but LOVED marshmallows.. the lovely big squishy pink and white cubes. One day he offered me one of his marshmallows.. I being gullible and a very sweet tooth... accepted gladly and took a bite into the sugary pink cube only to find something hard inside.. oh horror.. my brother had pushed a polo mint into the middle of the marshmallow to trick me..!!!

I still love marshmallows and ironically I love Polo mints too ...
and my brother!

Ingredients - Glucose syrup, fructose, sugar water gelatine, maize starch flavourings colours E104, E110, E124, E131
