Nut Allergies
It is impossible for us to say that any sweet or chocolate is absolutely 100% free of any traces of nut. Some manufacturers use nuts in other products, we handle products that contain nuts and we would really worry about you. So we are sorry, very sorry indeed.
Dairy free/ Vegan/Organic/Sugar Free/Fair Trade
Hope and Greenwood have lots of lovely sweets which fall into the categories above. By clicking on the ?PARTICULARS? button, next to each product, you can read all the nitty gritty bits including ingredients.
Storage
Traditionally sweets should be kept in your pocket, under your bed or in your handbag, anywhere super sticky. But if you prefer your sweets sticky -free keep them somewhere cool and dry.
If it's really warm (oh I wish) please do keep chocolate in the fridge. However the best place to store chocolate is in a cool dry place.
Returns
If the unthinkable happens dear chum, and you are unhappy about your sweets, want to cancel an order or have made a mistake in ordering please call Miss Rosey Apple on 0870 850 9049 or email her missroseyapple@hopeandgreenwood.co.uk and she will make things better, we promise.

Deliveries
I need sweets, how long will it take?
We do our very, very best to get your sweets to you within 3 working days. Sometimes it takes a weenie bit longer if we are waiting for stock but this is really unusual. If you are desperate then please call Miss Rosey Apple on 0870 850 9049 and she will make sure you have your fix as soon as possible.
Our sweets are delivered by CityLink Courier and your brown parcel will be delivered the next working day after we have wrapped it in brown paper. Sending sweets to our friends in more remote places may take a wee bit longer.
Oh no, out of Stock!
Miss Hope is very careful to have everything in stock, so that?s lots of sweets. Sometimes we do go out of stock for one reason or another. Normally we pop an email off to you or give you a call and ask you if you would like us to ?
1. Send your order when out of stock line is back.
2. Send you your order with a bit missing.
3. Substitute an equally delicious sweet.
Parcels are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays because we have a lie down, go to the seaside and have our hair done at the weekend. We hope you don?t mind too much.
We can?t be held responsible to third party cock ups, it?s just not fair.
Shipping
We send sweets just about everywhere in the world, because we want everyone to be happy and it is sad to be away from home without your favourite sweet ration. We are very upset that we can?t ship to USA or Canada. Boo.
